Artist Talk: Lillian Schwartz
Lillian Schwartz is a pioneer in computer graphics and computer art. Her work is represented in major art collections and museums around the world, and has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of Art, the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, the Georges Pompidou, Centre Beauborg, and Grand Palais museums in Paris. A frequent lecturer at universities throughout North America, she has been a visiting or adjunct professor at New York University, Princeton University, Rutgers University and the School of Visual Arts. For many years she was a consultant in computer graphics at AT&T's Bell Labs.
